About Us

There is a famous quote from Albert Einstein that says the definition of insanity is: "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results".

There is another not so famous quote from Winston Churchill that says: "I am always ready to learn although I do not always like being taught".

And those two quotes are a good starting point for the saleslearn.com story. We decided that it was high time that there was a different way to do sales training - our previous experience had left us (and our peers) pretty underwhelmed.

In addition, we decided that sales "training" wasn't the thing that salespeople and sales teams actually needed in order to improve their sales performance - after all training is what you give animals isn't it?!

Our idea is to approach the age-old conundrum of sales performance improvement from a different angle: providing salespeople with a flexible way to learn and not be trained! saleslearn.com was born.

Utilising our experience of providing accredited digital learning in different markets, we achieved our Institute of Sales & Marketing Management (ISMM) "Recognised Centre" status in record time.

We then set about creating a range of technology-based sales learning packages, which would equip salespeople to exceed their targets and achieve a recognised sales qualification. This also provides sales managers with insights into their team's strengths and weaknesses.

With 14 years experience of learning & development and managing sales teams, Nick combines his passion for technology and sales whilst running saleslearn.com

A fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management (ISMM), Nick wrote and designed the saleslearn.com Sales Simulation and has a hands-on role in the business managing our key customers and delivering sales coaching globally.

Outside of work Nick enjoys non-fiction reading (sales publications of course) and attempting to prove his gym membership is not money down the drain.

A Chartered Management Accountant with 20 years experience of working within the digital learning industry, Jon has been instrumental in saleslearn.com's success.

Having implemented a proven model for financial stability and organic growth, Jon provides the platform for saleslearn.com to continuously establish itself in new markets.

When not being kept busy by his three young children or being a Governor at his local school, Jon can be found enjoying a glass of wine or watching the cricket (but ideally both).
